Retired after a 30-year career with the District Council as Head of Economic Development, Graham is a trustee for Teignbridge CVS and brings to his role a long history as a volunteer exploring his passions and bringing his career skills to the role. In addition to his role as a CVS Trustee, Graham brings his experience as Secretary for the Friends of the Railway Studies Collection at Newton Abbot Library and fundraising (successfully) for the Stover Canal Trust.
He was asked to become a trustee for CVS when he retired, after working on a European Leader Plus project with Chief Officer, Sue Wroe.
Graham enjoys volunteering as it enables him to indulge in his interests, and keeps him busy and active, rather than plonked on the sofa in front of the TV!
