Tom is joined the team at Teignbridge CVS in October 2024. He is part of the Hospital Discharge Support Team at Torbay Hospital. He worked in a similar role in North Devon, where he lived for 5 years. Tom has now relocated to South Devon where he has previously lived and worked – Tom also has experience as a care worker, independent advocate and arranging support advisor at DCC. Tom enjoys surfing, paddle boarding, and walking with his dog, Star.
