Healthy Heart Grant round open in England (South)
Apply for funding of up to £15,000 for adult community projects in England (South) that promote a healthy heart.Funding is available for new community projects working with adults, that focus on promoting healthy hearts and reducing the risk factors associated with heart diseases. Projects must focus mainly on one or more of the following: healthy eating, physical activity, smoking and/or alcohol consumption.
Grants are only available for small, registered charities or CIC’s with an annual income of less than £1 million.
